Currently serving as the General Manager at Tiger Shoji Sdn Bhd, embarked on his automotive journey after obtaining a Certificate from Osaka Sangyo University in 1985. Armed with licenses as an Automobile Inspector and a Second Class Gasoline Motor Vehicle Maintenance professional, Toda’s commitment to excellence is evident in his 40 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry.
Toda’s passion for international collaboration in car services ignited at the age of 20, and he pursued this dream with a strong foundation in car technology during his college years. Joining Tiger Shoji was a strategic move driven by the desire to contribute to the global automotive landscape, leveraging his profound operational knowledge.
His impressive career trajectory includes a decade-long tenure at Kyoto Mazda Co. Ltd, where he served as a Car Mechanic, Advisor, and Automobile Inspector. Subsequently, Toda held key roles at Volkswagen Heian as Brand Manager and Kyoto BMW as Branch Manager and Sales Manager from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, he took on the role of Branch Manager at Audi Kyoto Minami before assuming the position of General Manager at Tiger Shoji, where he has been making significant contributions since then.
Toda’s strengths lie in his exceptional leadership skills, drawing on his diverse expertise as a technical expert, services advisor, sales manager, and branch manager. His achievements include the successful establishment of a workshop, witnessing its growth from ground zero to generating RM 3 million in revenue. Additionally, Toda has showcased his technical prowess by securing the 3rd position in a prestigious technical car contest.
